Mosito Mohapi is a pump track regular and leader in the local club in Roma. He won the Red Bull UCI Pump Track World Championships Qualifiers in Lesotho in 2019 and 2020 and made it to the World Championships in Switzerland and Portugal. His goal is to start his studies in Occupational Health and Safety in Maseru (Lesotho). The monthly school fees amount to 80€ per month, which equals 1900€ to cover all school fees for the two years.
He spends a lot of time with the kids and knows the potential that pump track can have in a community. Mosito firmly believes that he can make a difference by expanding the club's activities and offering weekend homework classes that provide a safe space for children to finish their school assignments and emphasize the importance of education.
Kopano contributes a lot of expertise and knowledge to the Roma Pump Track club. He started riding in Roma in 2017 and won the Pump Track World Championships Qualifier in Lesotho earning an invitation to compete in the World Championships in Chile. Unfortunately, due to travel regulations, his dream of participating internationally has not come true just yet.
He has an aptitude for repairing almost anything on a broken bicycle and enjoys creating things. Due to a severe foot injury, his dad had to retire early and handed over his expertise and perfection in house-building to him at a young age. Kopano needs a Construction Engineering Diploma to bid on government tenders and to fulfil his dream of his own building company. The monthly school fees amount to 80€ per month, which equals 1900€ to cover all school fees for the two years
