Without personalised support or care, terminal or life-altering health issues become impossible to bear - that's why Knysna Sedgefield Hospice provides the very best care to every patient and their family.

And this is no small task! We care for over 170 patients a month, at no cost to them. Our nurses, social workers and community carers cross hundreds of kilometers every month to visit each patient and deliver compassionate healthcare and support.

So, whether you or your family members have been impacted by our hospice staff in the past, or you're new to the idea of palliative care - you CAN make a difference, and Pay it Forward for our patients. You can sponsor life-giving, critical healthcare from as little as R85 / $6 / £4 

Here's what your donation will do: 

• 1 medical intervention costs $6 OR £4
• To visit a patient that needs our care costs $24 OR £18 per visit 
• To fully care for one patient each month costs $165 OR £120
