One does not need to look very far to see that this pandemic is causing much havoc around the world. In South Africa, times are tough. Our children and families are starving due to not being able to work. We have been in lockdown for over 50 days and the calls for assistance is growing day by day.
We need your help! We are appealing for donations towards food parcels for families. One food parcel costs between R500-R700 and can feed a family of 4 for up to 10 days. Any donation towards these food parcels will be such a big help!
As the positive cases of COVID-19 increase, it is that much more important for families to stay indoors, but the fact that they don't have food on the table makes that hard. We need them to stay safe and stay home to flatten the curve, but no work means no pay, so no food on the table. Hungry children are crying for a piece of bread.
