With annual sports days being cancelled this year, why not get involved and have your own with all the family! You can run, walk, jog with the dog, cycle, swim or anything you like, to complete your own 5K. Medals awarded to all successful participants.
You don’t have to miss out on all the fun of your annual sports day or running events this July. We'd like to invite you to get active by participating in our "5K, Your Way" challenge.
It’s so easy to take part. Follow these 3 simple steps:
1. Click on ‘Donate Now” and donate £10 to enter (posting your name).
2. Complete the distance of 5K however you like, walk, run, cycle, swim or even hop! Anytime during the month of July.
3. Email tanya.wright@westkentmind.org.uk with evidence of your 5K (this can be photos that you took, Strava screen shot, tracking app photo etc) plus your address and you will receive your special West Kent Mind medal in the post!
All profits will go directly to supporting mental health services in West Kent. We really appreciate your help during this unusual period of time and hope you will be up for the challenge!
