Give a Child a Family (GCF) was established in 1992 and have over the past 25 years developed and implemented a child protection model. A large percentage of children placed at GCF are neglected, abandoned or removed from their parents due to poverty.

GCF has developed from being only a shelter to a Child Protection Organization, providing services to vulnerable children and families at risk. GCF has been addressing these problems for the past 25 years through a holistic approach making the child the centre of the program and providing circles of protection around the child.
