Pushing sailing limits 4 CANSA

Cancer Awareness can save lives…

Many generations have been affected by cancer – some have passed
away, but many survived.

As a family we have been affected by cancer in its various
forms. Most recently my mother was diagnosed with stage 3b ovarian cancer. Thanks to early detection and research, chemo therapy is available to treat the cancer.

Each day more people are diagnosed with various types of
cancer. Most people will be touched by cancer in their life time - it may be you, a family member, a friend or a colleague.

By going for regular check-ups, cancer can be detected and
beaten.

Awareness and a positive attitude can save lives.

Through the sport of sailing we would like to support “CANSA
Active” with a “Go Wild Fundraising Project” to contribute towards cancer awareness, research, education and support programmes.

We challenge all fellow sailors, kite and wind surfers, water sport enthusiasts and businesses to contribute towards this “CANSA Active Go Wild Fundraising Project”.

"You can't change the wind but you can adjust your sails to reach your goal."
