Running for hope for those who cannot

Help me raise funds for people with physical disabilities from disadvantaged communities that are in dire need of motorized wheelchairs.I will be running the Two Oceans half marathon in support for them. Any donation will make this possible and will ensure you are part of making someone's life a little easier. I have coupled up with the Rachel Swart fund to see how we can give aid to quadriplegics who as a result of illness or an accident find themselves unable to function independantly.

Most of these people are living off disability grants and are in no way able to afford a motorized wheelchair. A new motorized wheelchair costs between R21 000 to R30 000 and a new set of batteries R2100. Often the demand for funds exceed what is able to supply and it is heart wrenching!

In a small way with your help I would like to at least raise R100 for each kilometre I run to make up R2100. With any amount donated you can be part of each running step I take towards this goal, with hope and faith I trust to exceed this and I thank you in anticipation.
