Regrowing Knysna by planting indigenous trees!

I am fundfaising for the purchase and planting of 80 trees as part of Greenpop's reforestation project in Knysna. Help plant indigenous trees in one of the following ways:

"What you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make." ~ Jane Goodall

This project is important to me for many reasons. Planting trees helps combat climate change and supports biodiversity. And planting trees in Knysna after the devastating fires that ravaged the town and surrounding forests are close to my heart. I am part of the Knysna Arts Festival in February and this town is truly a cultural hub for the Garden Route in terms of art, music and festivals. It's also a natural haven, with Pledge Nature Reserve as the heart of the town; the Knysna forests home to the Knysna Loerie and other birds, bush buck, rooikat, leopards, amphibians, insects, fungi, the last Knysna Elephant and countless other species; and the Knysna Estuary home to the endangered, endemic Knysna seahorse. It's a biodiversity hotspot and very important to preserve, support and regrow!
