Well one of the bulls has contracted cow flu and the doctor has said there is no way this cow is coming home.........SO WHAT THIS MEANS IS, I need your support more than ever. so come on guys show your support.

I havent run a marathon in 5 years and I forgot how far 42.2 is..............Cant wait for 56km hahaha.
I also now know how a body getting older takes longer to recover. Jeepers, ran a quick 5km this morning and I am still getting sore legs 9 days after peninsula marathon. Mind you I did bonk and that generally adds on an extra week of recovery. Dont forget to support us
