At UNSUNG HEROES, rather than being direct implementers of social upliftment programmes, we identify and partner with visionary community leaders through an intensive 2 – 5 year mentorship programme to build their capacity, strengthen their leadership skills and help them to access donor funding.  The process results in sustainable development within needy communities in a manner which respects and involves community members as active participants and architects of their own destiny.
 
Our Christian faith is the motivation for the work we do and assistance is extended to all regardless of religious affiliation, race, gender or nationality.
