through out the year to raise much needed funds and to create
awareness of the role the Children’s Home play within the community.
As a community based, non-profit organisation, the Children’s Home is
dependent on the generosity and support of our surrounding community
and businesses. Our continued existence is possible due to the fact that
generous and caring individuals and businesses see our need and help
us through their contributions and involvement to keep on caring forthe 144 children in our care.
We want to invite you to attend the following events:
Lollos, the friendly creature from Lala-land come to visit his little friends on earth and this time he will go on holiday with Alta and Minki! In this brand new show, these three will go on a fun train trip with Gedang-Gedang. During this “holiday” we can look forward to songs like “See Toe” and FAK favourites like “Koring Sny” and “Stadig oor die Klippertjies”. Children can learn loads of fun stuff on Tikke Takke Tok, ‘n song about a watch, as well as Days of the week. Healthy diets are also promoted on the song “Smarties en Tamaties”. All the songs are accompanied by actions which are taught to the children and help them to get in shape in a fun way! Everybody can look forward to lots of bouncing and dancing on “Spring Op!” and “Shongololo”.
