The KidneyBeanz Trust is a Non-Profit Organisation, supporting children with life threatening kidney disease. The Trust was founded by Dr. Errol Gottlich, Specialist Paediatrician with a sole interest in Paediatric Nephrology, just over 4 years ago. He recognised the need for support, financial and psycho-social, to the children and their families during such devastating times.

The KidneyBeanz Trust is funded purely through donations from Corporate institudes and individuals, public initiatives, sponsors and our own fundraising events. Without this support, none of our work would be possible and we are deeply grateful for every contribution that allows us to continue our services and hopefully extend them.

The Trust offers financial support towards medical care and medications, therapy, transport and phone grants, educational assistance as well as clothing and food. We also offer education, support and skills training in preparation for transplantation and coping with dialysis for children and their families.

The long term objectives of The KidneyBeanz Trust, is ultimately to spread the work of The Trust, and to extend the support to other Children’s Transplant and Dialysis Units.
