With Mandela day coming up, and Olympic fever running high, I feel that this is an appropriate cause to draw attention to. It takes so little of us to donate a few Rands towards this cause, when chronic kidney disease takes so much from the people suffering. Please donate and make a difference in the lives of children in need of kidney transplants.
